How to keep from going stir crazy during lockdown: a series

I’ve been working from home for a year now. That means no commute, no dressing up, and sometimes, no showering. I once went six weeks without needing to wear long pants – certainly one of the highlights of my life.

I find it funny that people have gone nuts because they’ve been told to stay home and work. In some cases, it is understandable: one of my neighbouring houses has six people in two small rooms, so the potential for nerves getting frayed is extremely high.

Now that you’re cooped up and going stir crazy, I’m going to provide you with a few tips on how to reduce your suffering… but not all at a single go. You’re going to get a tip a day.

And no, my tips won’t include “Watch ‘The Office’ for the nineteenth time”. For today, your job is to, well, do your job. First tip coming up this evening.
